a) Saaslanding.io - provides hosting for our landing page and processes data of users signing up for the mailing list. This provider may process data such as your email address, IP address and information about your device and browser for technical and analytical purposes.
b) MailerLite - manages our mailing list and email campaigns. This provider may process your email address, name (if provided) and information about your interactions with our emails (such as open and click rates). MailerLite provides mechanisms for unsubscribing from the mailing list at any time.
c) Autodesk Appstore - handles the sale, licensing and distribution of the application. When you purchase or activate a license, Autodesk may provide us with your Autodesk user ID and if available, your email address. This data is used for license management and, if you consent, for sending product updates or marketing information.
d) Plausible Analytics - collects anonymous statistical data about website usage, such as visited pages, time spent on the site and general location (country/city). No personal data or cookies are used for this purpose.
When you purchase a subscription or download a trial version of the PlugbimNotes application via Autodesk Appstore, your data is processed by Autodesk in accordance with their privacy policy. We may receive your Autodesk user ID and if provided, your email address from Autodesk. The user ID is used solely for license management and to ensure the correct operation of your license in Revit.
If we receive your email address from Autodesk, we may use it to send you notifications about product updates, new versions or promotions for new products. You can unsubscribe from such notifications at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting us directly. The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contract (license management), compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax regulations) and, in the case of marketing communications, your consent.
